🛍️ 1. Products & Orders
Handmade Variations: Our products are handcrafted. Minor variations in color, design, and size are natural characteristics of unique handicrafts and are not considered defects.
Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion due to stock availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. Shipping fees and applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout.
💳 2. Payments & Billing
Payment Methods: We accept secure digital payments via integrated gateways, including UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking.
No Cash on Delivery: We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be fully paid online at the time of checkout before they are processed and shipped.
📦 3. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Address: Items will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. We are not responsible for deliveries failing due to incorrect addresses.
International Orders: Buyers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees applicable in their country.
❌ 4. Strict No-Returns Policy
Final Sale: All purchases made on Vrindavan Handicrafts are final. We follow a strict No Returns, No Exchanges, and No Refunds policy due to the delicate and artisanal nature of handcrafted goods.
Transit Damage: We pack our items with extreme care. In the rare event that an item arrives broken or damaged during transit, you must report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting opening video/photos. Replacement or resolution for transit damage will be handled purely at our discretion.
