🔄 Refund Policy

At Vrindavan Handicrafts, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our sacred items. Because our wooden temples, spiritual necklaces, and puja essentials are highly delicate and artisanal, we maintain a very strict policy regarding refunds and cancellations.
Please read our terms carefully before completing your purchase:
❌ 1. No General Returns or Exchanges
Final Sale: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds if a customer changes their mind, dislikes a product, or feels a handmade variation is a defect. All sales are final.
🚨 2. Exception for Damaged Products (Full Refund)
Eligibility: A customer will receive a full refund (including any paid shipping costs) only and strictly if the product arrives physically broken or damaged during transit.
Reporting Window: You must report any transit damage to us within 48 hours of delivery.
Proof Required: To claim a full refund for damage, you must email us at vrindavanhandicrafts@gmail.com with clear photos and an unboxing video showing the damaged item. Once verified, the full amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
📦 3. Cancellations & Shipments
Before Shipment: If you request an order cancellation before we package and hand over the item to our courier partner, you will receive a full refund.
After Shipment: If you request a cancellation after the shipment has already been made/dispatched, a penalty applies. We will deduct the exact shipping costs incurred from your total payment. The remaining balance will then be refunded to your account.
